FAQ
I. Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel expenses are not included in my packages. I will travel up to 25 miles for free. For further distances, I charge $0.50 per mile.
II. We want to include our pet in the session, is that okay?
Absolutely! I would love to involve your furry friend in our session. Ask me about pricing to include your pet.
III. Do I pick the photography session location?
If you have a special location in mind, I would love to go there! Otherwise, if you need help, ask me for suggestions and we will find something that suits your vibe!
IV. Is there a retainer fee or deposit to book a session?
Yes, I charge a 25% non-refundable deposit that goes toward your total session fee amount.
V. What if I can no longer make it to my session?
No worries! If you contact me at least 3 days in advance we can try to reschedule for another date. Please note that if you no-call-no-show your deposit will not be refunded.
VI. How and when do you accept payment?
You can pay with cash, check, or card. The deposit is due at the time of booking, and the remainder of your balance is due at the session.
VII. How will I receive my photos?
Once I have prepared your photos, I will deliver them to you in an online gallery. If you would like an SD card or USB copy of your photos, these are available for an additional price.
